Applications for promotion to Step 4 for Season 2016/17.

The application, Financial Reporting Initiative and Club Creditors forms attached must be completed thoroughly and returned together with the accompanying documentation and application fee cheque for £120 (£100 + VAT) payable by all clubs. The forms, cheque and accompanying documentation must be received by no later than 30 November 2015.

Please can you forward the attached information and forms to all your Step 5 clubs so they understand what is required of them if they wish to apply. We would encourage applications only from those Clubs that have serious ambitions to progress and either currently have an E Grade or can realistically achieve this by 31 March 2016. We are not intending to post copies of the information/form to Clubs so I would be grateful if you could let me know if there are any of your Clubs that are not on email so I can send them a copy in the post. This information will also be available on The FA.Com and I will forward you the link in due course.

Clubs must be aware that the deadline of 30 November 2015 will be strictly adhered to and any documentation or application/financial forms received after this date will NOT be accepted. When sending documents by post these must be sent by Recorded or Special Delivery.

It would also be appreciated if you could publish reminders to your Clubs of the deadline for applications in league newsletters/bulletins over the next few weeks.
