On the half hour mark the referee awarded a penalty to Badger that resulted in Club losing defender Mark Hazelhurst to the resultant red card, Jack Wilson despatched the penalty and at half time it was 3-2 to the visitors.
Ten men Club stormed back and equalised with the second penalty of the game with Scott Marshall converting. After seventy-two minutes Saxton got his second and Badgers third with al neat finish before the visitors extended their lead to 5-3 with fourteen minutes remaining Luke Mathewman swung in a corner from the left and Birdholme defender Luke Hollis sliced the ball over the line while trying to clear from a tight angle.
