Dates displayed are the final dates for that fixture

Could all staff note that the dates displayed for fixtures is the play-by date and should be the final date that this fixture is played not a pre-assigned date for the fixture.
Staff should contact each other as soon as possible to make arrangements for the date of the game. This can be updated on the website if I am made aware of the date.
