In the first round of the cup competition Deportivo were unlucky after a close 2-1 defeat against Hardcore FC while Members of NASA had a walkover win as PSV Hangover couldn?t raise a team and The Walton Arms ran out 4-0 winners in their game against Dynamo Queen Anne. Oggy Oggy Bear FC had a close 5-4 victory against Fred FC while FC Woot Revolution beat SFFC 2-0 and Lower Walton had an excellent 9-0 win over Absolute Idiots. Sore Losers, Magnum P.I. United and Inter Misfits all benefited from walkover wins, Tazmanian Devils lost out 7-4 to Bush United while Nomads ran out comfortable winners beating Dow Schofield Watts 5-1 and Albert Gone FC had a 4-0 victory against Grappenhall.
