To support the continued development of disability football within Cumberland, we are contacting a number of organisations and individuals to identify the following:

In partnership with the National Deaf Children’s Society (NDCS), County Football Association’s within the North West have been asked to research the number of deaf participants interested in accessing Deaf Friendly FA regional coaching courses with a view to providing a FA Level 1 Regional Coaching Course in 2012.

We are looking to identify players/participants within main stream and ability counts football or other organisations who may be interested in coaching and/or who may already be coaching.

With the above in mind, I would be grateful if you would take 5 minutes to complete the online survey by Monday 20th February 2012.
