TEAMS IN DIV 16C ONLY

One of the Oakworth teams would like to be in div C rather than div B.
It is now a month since we published the list of teams and thanks to everyone who sent us requests we have managed to get them all sorted. However, the fixtures were generated last Tuesday and not it is TOO LATE to alter things apart from swapping teams. That's quite easy and the fixtures stay the same with different names in place.
