After a game, each club is required to mark the referee 1 to100. Please see this guide on how to mark referees.
Please follow the official FA guidelines when marking referees, which can be found below. I also ask that you be subjective in marking referees and base it on the whole game and not just one decision. Far too many clubs mark a referee who has had a great game 10/100 just because the referee gave, or didn't give, a penalty in the last minute, and this just isn't fair. If you mark a match referee 61 or below, a written report explaining this mark will be required.

The referee had significant shortcomings in the level of accuracy of decision making and control with poor communication with the players which resulted in low levels of fair play |
