IMPORTANT - Process for 2024-25 via Google Forms for U12s to Open Age

Apart from i.e. Pitch conditions due to bad weather, Rearrangements & Postponement Requests MUST be submitted to the League with 10 days notice.
This to be done online via completion of the Google Form entitled "H&CJGFL Postponement Request Form 2024-25" (url link below) :-
This form provides clear guidelines following FA guidance after many discussions with WRCFA.

Competitions do require all fixtures to be played & any postponements need to be registered with the LMC with 10 days notice. As per League rules. Infringement of these rules could mean a fine for your club & poss match & points awarded to the opposition.

Please use the above form, as it asks for the relevant information required by the League. Emails, texts or WhatsApp messages will not be accepted for Match Cancellations or Postponements.
