Oxfordshire FA Female Coach Mentoring Launch
As part of the ongoing support to grassroots coaches in Oxfordshire, a pilot female mentoring scheme will launch in February. The scheme is aimed at active coaches who want to develop, whether that is to complete further coaching qualifications in the future or to assist with the coaches individual goals. There will be a number of workshops (practical, observational and theory based) that you will be invited to attend as well as opportunities to buddy up with experienced coaches that will assist and mentor you to reach your goals.
There will be many benefits to the scheme including constructing your own development plan, achieving personal goals, enhance personal development, observe coaching sessions and master classes, discounted courses, coaching placements, paid coaching opportunities, free OFA magazine plus more
The membership to the mentoring scheme is free, with a maximum of 12 places offered. An opportunity not to be missed!
The launch will be held at Oxford City FC 22nd February at 7pm. The evening will consist of a presentation, motivational speaker and an opportunity to network with fellow coaches.
To confirm your attendance, contact Vicky Bonham (Women and Girls Football Development Officer) on 01993 894403 or email vicky.bonham@oxfordshirefa.com
