Rules regarding contacting your opponents & referee

We have received a number of complaints that opponents & referee's have not been contacted for fixtures.
Teams must contact opponents & referee's at least 5 days prior to the date of the fixture.
Please ensure that this rule is carried out or the league will be forced to act upon those teams not complying with league rules.
