RHODES EBBS LEAGUE CUP
The Semi Finalists are now know after the final after the last 3rd Round matches were played. Allexton & New Parks Hawks came from 2-0 down to defeat Heather St Johns’ Development 3-2. Oliver Cooper (2) and Joseph Smalley for the Hawks with Jake McLeary and Dominic Cooper for Heather. Anstey Nomads had a 3-1 away victory over Harborough Town with Finley Jones (2) and Ethan Ballantine scoring. Josh King replying for Harborough.
The date and venue for this seasons’ Final has been confirmed as Thursday 24th May at Quorn F.C.
NORTHERN DIVISION
Gresley had a 3-0 away victory over Ashby Ivanhoe with Alex Potts, Aaron Harvey and Harry Collins getting on the score sheet. Heather St Johns’ Development had a 4-0 victory over Coalville Town Ravens with Jake McLeary (2), Dan Harrington and Kaine Duncan scoring.
Ashby Ivanhoe Knights defeated Ashby Ivanhoe 3-1 with the goals coming from Matt Taylor, Kai Smalley and Ethan Humphries. The Ashby reply coming from Alex White. Gresley and Coalville Town Ravens shared the points in a 1-1 draw with Harry Collins scoring for the Moatmen and Adam Bowley replying for the Ravens. Mansfield Town had an emphatic 8-0 victory over Allexton & New Parks Eagles with Ryan Ingram (3), Cameron Jones (2), Joseph O’Neill, Joshua Paskell and Arnold Ndiweni all scoring.
SOUTHERN DIVISION
Allexton & New Parks had a 3-2 victory over Lutterworth Athletic with Taylor Carvell (2) and Kane Barrs on target. Lutterworths’ replies coming from Will Blockley and Jamie Ward. Aylestone Park had a hard fought 2-1 away win over Blaby & Whetstone Athletic with Sam Robinson and Matthew Chadaway scoring with Kian Gardner replying for Blaby. Leicester Nirvana shared the points with Friar Lane & Epworth in a 1-1 draw. Dion Potter for Nirvana with Cyrus Thompson replying for the Lane. FC GNG and Carib Sports & Social also shared the points in a 2-2 draw. Rian Patel and Tani Kanyangarra for GNG with Abdi Musa and Bakary Mass for Carib.
