Gresley and Anstey Nomads went to the dreaded penalties to decide the outcome as after 90 minutes they were all square at 1-1, with Gresley winning 4-3. Callum Riddell for Gresley with Lewis Austin replying for Anstey in stoppage time. Coalville Town v Ashby Ivanhoe and Holwell Sports v Lutterworth Athletic were both postponed due to circumstances beyond the Leagues control which means that both Coalville and Lutterworth reached the next round without kicking a ball as they went through by default.
NORTHERN DIVISION
This Division saw the last League game played between Leicester Nirvana and Barrow Town and it was Nirvana that took all 3 points in a 4-1 victory. Maison Landers (2), Mousa Moyo and Dante Francis for Nirvana with Barrows’ reply coming from Bailey White.
SOUTHERN DIVISION
St Andrews returned to the top of the table after inflicting a 5-1 defeat on Aylestone Park Youth. Sam Hollis, Ben Stephens, Brady Hickey, Shay Brennan and Ryan Hodkinson all on target for the Andrews with Demetrius Edwards replying for the Youth. The game between Lutterworth Athletic Academy and Aylestone Park Boys was abandoned at half time due to floodlight failure with the Boys leading 4-0 thanks to Kieran Mackie (2), Theo Chouhan and Callum Armsden. This will now be adjudicated on by the League Committee.
